not sure about first question.
what affects supply of miners? maybe the amount of minerals available for mining. Demand for such minerals. the advance in technology might put miners out of work.
police? no idea.
teachers? the birth rate? because if a country is facing decreasing birth rates and an ageing population, can%26#039;t you argue that in the long term, the no. of students would also shrink. classes might become smaller and teachers wld get affected. On the other hand, it there were to be a baby boom, then in the long run, more students and more teachers would be required.
