What are some ideas for a relatively simple experiment related to the human body?

It%26#039;s for my Advanced Biomedical Science class. For example, my teacher mentioned previous students measuring freshman boys%26#039; pulses when conservatively dressed girls were around and when they were not-so conservatively dressed. (obviously there was a distinct difference in pulse rates)

Sorr, no clue

Hah, that%26#039;s a creative approach. You could do reflex time test, or heart rate when excersicing and doing different excersices. Or you could try doing something interesting with two things that are seemingly unrelated. For example, calculate your subject%26#039;s heights, and then have them have a staring contest. See if shorter or taller people are better? :P

It%26#039;s fun to test out things that don%26#039;t seem like they would affect eachother.

Measure the pulse, breathing rate, and blood pressure (if the instrument is around) both at rest and after exercise for the same individuals and do it again for athletes (runners are good) and non-athletes.
